Tattooed Mother Fuckers
History
This is a non-political project band from Jonesy of English Rose.
TMF formed in 2003 to make crazy songs about drinking, fucking, fighing and songs straight from the gutter. After talking to a few friends the band made a practice session and eventually got together in the studio to put together 5 tracks. After the suprised success of this which later became the Hate Edge 7″ and mini CD the band continued.
By 2005 the band recorded their It’s A Thugs Life CD which came out in early 2006. With lots of gig requests and reviews the band were still sorting themselves out in being able to play live. In mid 2006 the band started to record their second full length CD titled Sex, Thugs & Rock N Roll. Over 5 months this was put together when time allowed.
In 2007 the band finally made their first debut live gig. It was in Belgium and by March the Sex, Thugs & Rock N Roll CD was out which was followed by gigs in Germany, Sweden, and Belgium again.
2008 saw the band play their first UK gig in January with Retaliator and Dead Jeff. Playing bass was Ginger Mother Fucker and Scarred Mother Fucker was sacked from the band. Gigs followed in Belgium and Spain amongst working out the bands third album inbetween a few more UK gigs in Leiceister and Oxford.
The bands third album Thug Anthems was recorded between July and November 2008 and released soon after, and this was followed by a planned split with the band The Gits from Poland. But due to some fuck ups the release was cancelled. A new label took the songs for a future release as a mini-CD and 12″.
The current line up is Disturbed Mother Fucker on vocals, Deranged Mother Fucker on guitar, Flash Mother Fucker on drums and Hammered Mother Fucker on bass.
