Celtic Dawn

Celtic Dawn

History

This was a RAC skinhead band from Dublin, Ireland. Originally formed as non-political Oi! band called Skin Appeal in 1987 where they supported The Business in 1988.

In 1989 the original vocalist left the band and with the addition of a new singer changed the bands name to Celtic Dawn.

They played quite a few gigs around Dublin and supported Skrewdriver abroad in 1991.

Around this time the band recorded a demo tape that was never officially released. The band changed members a few more times and they released their first debut album in 1996.

Members included Billy on vocals, Kenny on drums, Steve on bass and Tony on vocals for their debut release.
