Conquest

History

Originally a Great Yarmouth, UK based RAC / Oi!, punk rock band, formed in 1994. The line-up was Mick on vocals, Steve on guitar, Brian on bass and Andy on drums. Another line up was Mick on vocals, Troy and Rob on guitar, Brian on bass and Steve on drums.

The band played live from 1996 to 1999, playing with Legion St George and Avalon and later with Whitelaw and Brutal Attack. When they played at the Ian Stuart Donaldson Memorial concert in 1997 where the line-up was Mick on vocals, Steve on guitar, Brian on bass and Tom on drums who replaced Andy. By 2000 the band had split up with several attempts to reform since.

The band did manage to reform in 2003 with Mick vocals, Steve (Whitelaw) on guitar and Andy on drums, but no permanent bassist. Sharon (Section 88) did play on bass for a Conquest live gig.

In 2011 with renewed efforts, a line up was found with Mick on vocals, Steve (Whitelaw) on guitar, Mark (Section 88) on bass and Kyle (March Or Die) on drums.
